he still have the rinnegan but kamui and sharingan dont work, im speaking prejuubi host obito.

is there any shinobi we know about that lose to him?? if u think about low level shinobi like ino this case theyr team is consider as part of them.

so any shinobi that lose to obito without sharingan?? lets assume obito is confused about why he's sharingan dont activate and this make him easy to find/attack

Don't underestimate the Rinnegan, even if it's only 1 eye. He could take on about 95% of the Shinobi Alliance with the Rinnegan and Senju Cells. Only because he didn't use it for fighting purposes doesn't mean that the Rinnegan is irrelevant.

I'm also not saying that he'd take them all, I meant that he's more powerful 1 on 1 than 95% of the Alliance Shinobi with only the Rinnegan. He also has Senju Cells to build up more chakra.
