When he was crushed by a rock he barely had any abilities. He was next to useless and he was waiting for his eyes to unlock so he could actually fight. He then gained his sharingan and almost died. As he recovered, his first time back on the battlefield he gained MS. Given the ability of his MS being so OP he never really needed to develop anything else. He was also able to control the Kyuubi with his eyes so what was the point in learning more basic techniques aside from the basic tai jutsu?

Not to mention he gained wood release from half of his body being made up of hasirama's cells. He also has chakra chains to constrict and hold beasts.

Unlike the other sharingan users, his eyes matured extremely fast making him not need to learn other abilities at a young age. Sasuke for example learned his lightning release before he had MS. Once he gained MS/EMS he did not really learn anything new because of the OPness of his eyes.

TL;DR Obitos eyes advanced so fast he did not need to learn other techniques.

well the thing is everyone that has a kkg/dojutsu tends to use only that to fight, except maybe pre-ms sasuke,itachi and kakashi.

It's unfair to do that. Since he had his MS, it seems that most of the jutsus he used and created relied on Kamui like this one

And S/T transporting weapons between dimensions. If he didn't have this ability from the beginning, we don't know what kind of jutsus he would've had.
