Had Obito Not given his eye to kakashi, He would of had a Pair of Mankeyou Sharingans with the Abilities of Short range kamui and Long range Kamui. With that being Said, Would Obito Be able to have Susano'o?

not every ms gets susano'o, but like others have said, why have a susano'o when you have kamui. if he had both eyes, he'd def be unbeatable
