I have no control of what the Manga says. Instead, from assumption, his has already displayed Sasunoo. Therefore, he has already awaken the other two MS abilities.

Yes, there was a rarity. Only a few obtain "that" ability. However, if every had "that" ability than is lose its originality. Also, Madara lost to Hashirama. Not something to praise as the Ultimate defense against Senju. Although. Hashirama alon is no match for the whole Uchiha Clan, in my opinion.
