I read the manga too, and you have no common sense. Sasuke has 3 ms techs, blaze release, Amaterasu and susanoo. He hasn't used tsukuyomi. Madara hasn't used Amaterasu or tsukuyomi. If obito has his other eye he will have a third technique and it might've been susanoo

Actually Sasuke has used Tsukuyomi against Killer Bee and Danzo however he sucks at using it.

He would be extemly strong but i think Nagato or Minato will be his weakness due to Gravity control and speed
