Obito will warp back to real world

That's his only shot at dodging Madaras attack, seriously. There's no time for Sakura to destroy the Rinnegan. Obito knows that, and even if she does, Madara will then kill both of them, so he wont take that chance.

What he will do is warp back to real world with Sakura using his last bit of chakra. But this leaves Obito so weak that Black Zetsu can escape his body and stay in Kamui world with Madara.
So Obito transports back to the real world, gives Kakashi his left eye before dying. In Kamui world Black Zetsu gives Madara the right Rinnegan. Madara transports back to real world before putting his Rinnegan in his eye. When he has transported he puts his right Rinnegan in place thus has having both Rinnegan. Then he gives Black Zetus Kakashi's Sharingan. This so that if Kakashi decides to move into Kamui world he can follow.
Now we are left with the final fight - Black Zetsu & Full Rinnegan Madara VS Sasuke & Naruto

Theres no time for him to remove his sharingan and give it to Sakura and then transport. Madara is coming at Jin speed, only shot he has is instant kamui at once!

So Madara follows him back to the real world

Then Obito goes back to the Kamui world

This goes on for several weeks

He can't transplant right mangekyo to his left socket for gods sake. He either can give Kakashi Madara's Rinnegan or leave him blind as he is now there's no other way than that. But Kishi can also go like f**k logic and do what you proposed.
