Sakura will die in the war. Either by the hands of Obito or by the hands of Sasuke
This would make Naruto feel the pain of loss that Obito felt, when Rin died.
However, Naruto will not let this change him from his path.
Astonished by Naruto's determination, Obito will use the Rinne Tensei no jutsu, to revive Sakura
(cause of having gained faith in Naruto), in exchange for his own life.

Edit: Check post #8 for additional explanation.

The change of heart thing happened with Zabuza. It happened with Neji, it happened with Tsunade (it is a change of heart to some extend, cause she didnt want to become hokage at all), it happend with Nagato and it wouldnt be odd to happen with Obito.

I dont expect it to go like Obito kills Sakura and revives her 1 second later xd, but in the end, he will see that Naruto truly doesnt change his path, even after the pain of loss and than he will decide, that in exchange for his own life, he will bring Sakura back to life.

Its still different from the Nagato scene imo :).

You gotta be crazy if you think Sakura is gonna die! XD She pretty much plot protection on her side along with Naruto and Sasuke.

i dont know why people want this shit to happen , not talking about sakura alone , but the whole war deaths .... whats the F*cking point of reviving people in a war ..... obito is to far gone .. he just killed neji for F*cks sake .... & you want him to turn good & revive people ...... rinnegan = dragons balls now .

Its not merely about a change of heart. Replace Sakura (and probably everyone killed in the war) with everyone killed in the village (in the pain arc) and Obito with Pain, its a repeat of the Pain arcs general plot.

Do you really want to see every person in the anime who obtains Rinnegan waste it on an awkward emotional plot no jutsu RT?

The whole manga is based on emotions and emphasis emotional bonds/humanity, etc... :sy:

Its not about what I want, its about how this manga works.

Naruto changes peoples hearts.
Zabuza (Zabuza changed his view of Shinobi being tools and decided to fight Gato).
Neji (Believed everything is already decided by fate, yet changed this view completely and started to believe people can decide their own fate).
Tsunade (Didnt want to become hokage and couldnt put her trust anymore in people, thanks to Naruto, she made a 180 turn).
Nagato (Lost hope for true peace and only believed small periods of peace could be achieved. By making people experience the same pain, they would understand each other, and this would give birth to small periods of peace, yet due to Naruto his words, believed, true peace could be achieved).

There are several more people in this list, but you get the point already anyway.
Obito will fall in this list as well. Maybe I should say, espcially Obito. If I want it to happen or not is not relevant, it is Kishi his writingstyle, that will most likely, make it happen.
