obito will never use izanagi untill he has rinnegan in his other eye
i'm saying it because in konan vs obito he used izanagi on his other eye,not the eye which spams kumai because it's his best jutsu and there is not have been heavy proof that rinnegan can be used for izanagi so if obito use izanagi he loses his eye and therefore he wouldn't be of heavy risk even a normal taijutsu user defeats him
if he had sharingan in his other eye he uses izanagi and when battle is over he goes to his hideout where he stocked his good eyes which he collected from uchiha masscare and replaces with another one
