[Theory] Obito will never be able to unlock the rinnegan in his ms

First off I believe that you can only unlock rinnegan if u have ems but I. Pretty sure this wasn't stated in the manga so

on to my next point the sage said that madara was the only person besides himself to achieve the rinnegan themselves we kno that's because he took hashi's DNA and infused this with his wounds at first I thought and madara said that it was the mix between senju and uchiha but now I believe that is wrong

the sage also said that madara and hashirama are the reincarnation of both sons just like naruto and sasuke so even if madara took tobiramas DNA he wouldn't have gotten the rinnegan because the sage also said that it was the combination of ashuras and Indras DNA and chakras to create it

I aslo believe if naruto gave madara or sauske DNA it would have still gave them the rinnegan

Sharingan is not even necessary it is just the combination of chakras. Hagoromo had no Sharingan! and still was the first to have Rinnegan. Madara said that Obito might awaken Rinnegan back in the cave but the whole Ashura and Inra thing Madara has yet to know!

I think it's the mix of the sons chakras to for the sages chakra so naruto and sasuke equals the rinnegan hasshi and sasuke gets it any same thing with madara

It would honestly be really pathetic if Obito was to somehow awaken the Rinnegan. Regardless of whether he has some of Hashirama's DNA, by just taking Madara's eye's doesn't mean that he has obtained his chakra, hence why it would be impossible for him to awaken it. I also believe you do need the EMS to awaken the Rinnegan, because if you look at both Sasuke's and Madara's case, they both had siblings who they could exchange eyes with. I am sure Madara's ancestors who inherited Indra's chakra would have also been in the same predicament. Since Obito is not even a reincarnation of Indra, he cannot go beyond the standard Mangekyo sharingan like the rest of the Uchiha clan.

The fact was Madara not even know he & Hashirama was "Reincarnation of Ashura & Indra". That why Madara claim to awakens Rinnegan need Uchiha & Senju DNA instead of Ashura & Indra Chakra.

For Hagoromo, he have Rinnegan either from his mother Kaguya or obtains it after he seal Juubi into his body cause manga didn't reveal how he obtain Rinnegan. Manga on reveal Hagoromo Chakra has been split by Yin & Yang through his 2 son Ashura & Indra. That why Hagoromo said need above Ashura & Indra chakra to awakens Rinnegan (Yin + Yang). At this moment only Naruto & Sasuke is reincarnation of Ashura & Indra. For Madara, he no longer as Indra reincarnation due to time migration was over..

Maybe your post helps people for who it wasnt clear yet, but the sage basically said the same as you.

He said that Madara gained Rinnegan, because Madara previously had Indra's transmigration and that Hashirama had the previous transmigration of Ashura. That Madara, by combining Hashirama's cells (with Ashura's chakra) with Madara his own body (Indra's chakra), created the Rinnegan. Because Indra's chakra + Ashura's chakra=Hagoromo chakra.

In theory, Tenten could gain Rinnegan if she would have Ashura or Indra's transmigration and she would get dna with chakra from a person with the other transmigration.
Not likely for Indra to choose a non-uchiha though I think, due to the tablet requiring sharingan to read for example.

In order to awaken the Rinnegan, a person has to obtain the chakra of Hagoromo. The only known way to do this as of now is to mix the chakra between his two sons, Indra and Ashura. Thus in theory any person should be able to awaken Rinnegan if their bodies can take it. They would only need to mix the current versions of the two sons ( Sasuke & Naruto ) in order to awaken it. But as shown in the past, these cells can be difficult to control.

not saying he will, but obito does have ashura/hashi and madaras chakra/will in the right half of his body. unless the black stuff that shows up on obito when madara tries to control him isnt his chakra. at the time madara was still indras when he saved obito.
