Obito will ask Sakura two things:

1. To give Kakashi his Sharingan, because Kakashi is almost blind.

2. To take care of his lower parts for one last time.

Kuro Zetsu will use that possibility to escape.

Seriously doubt it and I hope not. Sakura's not an Uchiha or a Senju or anything of the sort, just a civilian who has amazing chakra control and was trained by a powerful woman. Apart from that being completely stupid as an idea, I would like to pose a simple reason for why this is completely impossible. Even if Sakura were to implant the rinnegan in her, she lacks the necessary genes to use it. Don't forget that Madara didn't randomly implant it on Nagato. But even if she could use it, no matter how good her chakra control might be, using the rinnegan is very chakra consuming, she would drop dead immediately.
