People forget that it dosent matter if he needs them. The story is setting up for Obito to give Naruto a eye by using a medical ninja (Sakura) to perform the transplant. It wasn't a mistake that she was transported to Obitos dimension to.

Exactly. Imagine naruto with kamui, rinnegan and he'd be a jinchuriki. Even if it's just the rinnegan it would still be badass

I have been thinking about this for a while and it makes perfect sense. Obito will die soon since he had the juubi extracted and now the yin half of the kyuubi extracted from him. I can see Obito transplanting his Rinnegan into Naruto soon before sending him back to face Madara. It would make no sense for Obito to die with the Rinnegan still attached to him, and it also would make no sense for him to leave his dimension to let Madara take it from him. I can see this as being a way for Kishi to give Naruto a real power up without having to explain or change much in the story.

Mark this thread, since the story is definitely heading in that direction.

I think he'd give naruto his sharingan if anything and destroy the rinnegan that naruto would be able to leave considering obito might be to weak not having kurama again and he should realize madara wants his eye back pretty badly so destroying it would be smart.

Because of plot, madara will get the eye back. Obviously there are routes to take like destroying the rinnegan they've had several chances to destroy it but its not going to. Madara will get a power up of his rinnegan and gain more power in turn and that'll be his full power first the powered up naruto and Sasuke. U really expect madara to just have one eye the rest the series? It is HIS eye after all

I am a really a supporter of naruto getting the rin eyes but every time I guess he's getting a new jutsu,it's always power ups and new rasengan but this time naruto is going to get a new power, something so6p left behind to combat any evil that arises when he is not around also naruto is more of a chakra guy not jutsu so by obito giving naruto some of his chakra might lead to a new naruto

Madara must be completed, so he needs the rinnegan. Naruto with rinnegan is just not naruto, i mean he has the necessary means buts i think he is better off without it.

With each Tail Beast inside Naruto His eye will change on His own, need proof? Naruto's eyes change when using Kurama's power, Naruto's eyes Change when He goes Sage Mode. and Naruto's eyes chafe and combine Kurama and Sage Mode. Add the fact that each Tail Beast have different eyes and think when they all combine with Naruto and His 3 eye forms and you might get the Rinnegan or something new and more powerful.

While I do support the theory of a 1 Rinnegan Naruto, I think it would be more of an intense finale with Madara using both Rinnegan eyes against Naruto with both Rinnegan eyes.
