For the sake of plot I'm going to have to stick with Naruto. And that's only because plot is going to dictate it.

But realistically, neither of the two that are currently fighting right now (Naruto and Sasuke) really deserve it unless something drastic changes in their personality.

Naruto is ambitious to the point of childish. He doesn't have much planning and reason to go by and relies. Why else do you think Shikamaru was willing to be his aide? On the bright side, he has people on his side

Sasuke has goals, and can plan out his actions far better and more independently. But he has an extreme view of reality (all the Kages are responsible, true. But killing them is just begging for another war and it doesn't solve anything). He als doesn't really have anyone on his side atm lol.

Kakashi seems to be the only level-headed person here (since Itachi is dead), and personally Obito was spot on his desire for him to be Hokage.

-Infinite Tsukuyomi
-Sasuke's Oligarchy
-Nagato's Nuclear Deterrent

But of course, because this is a manga, Naruto's peace will work.

Kakashi follows under the old system while others like Naruto and Sasuke wants a new system. I think Sasuke plans align with Danzou's and Obito's goal: becoming united under one.

Can you tell me exactly what Sasuke's goals and plans are? I keep seeing this all of the base. What are Sasuke's plans and goals? Kill the kage burn down the old ninja system.....and then?

Naruto keeps getting bashed for his goal of world peace, but explain to me, what does Sasuke's Revolution entail?

OT: I agree. Kakashi should be Hokage. Yes he is a product of the old ninja system, but he also recognizes that it doesn't work either. He even commented that Sasuke is a result of the current system.
