This scan does not indicate that Itachi>Obito in any way, but can be used in conjunction with other information in the manga to discern that they were both cautious/weary of each other (for obvious reasons).

However much Obito "feared" Itachi, Itachi was just as "afraid" of Obito.

Because u need Kurama to be sealed last besides the time after Minato's death up until Uchiha massacre, Obito could have taken Naruto anytime

That statement is always taken out of context,what Obito said refers to the trap Itachi laid out for him upon death.If Itachi knew about Kamui then he would've likely used a different trap that could kill Obito.

You also have to keep in mind that Obito wanted to keep Itachi alive (for Sasuke and to capture the Tailed Beasts).

Do you realize how troublesome it is to not be able to kill someone who you know is trying to set up traps to kill you.

If he wanted to get rid of Itachi he could've also told Nagato to order the other Akatsuki members to kill him. I'm sure Deidara would've been especially glad to hear that.
