I honestly thought that was foreshadowing too, Sasuke didn't look good there

It's not really betrayal though.

How is this betrayal? Sasuke clearly told naruto he was going to kill him and become hokage way before this scan. Get hour facts straight.

tbh, it didn't take a prophet to know it was only a matter of time. Obito was simply speaking from his own exp of knowing how untrustworthy Sasuke was. If he knew Sasuke was willing to betray Orochimaru and him for more power if the opportunity was right, there wasn't going to be anything to stop him from doing it to Naruto. Quite frankly, Naruto knew it was going to happen too.

Obito is right, no alliance can last forever, will the world constantly depend on naruto to make things right? what will happen when he is gone.
Attaining peace is a collective effort, no one person can ever maintain it. And Naruto knows this. But he still believes that there will always be good to rise against evil, which is the eternal Cycle.

Obito wanted to break this cycle but Naruto seemingly supports it.

How many more people needs to suffer/sacrifice before a new hero can rise to take on the next tyrant? If only people could understand Obito's mind set and could see him past the "rin" crap, they would respect this character.
