Yes, but Madara anticipated all of that. Want to know how? He had the seal on Obito and Rin suspecting they'd deviate from the plan. He expected betrayal. After Rin used Kakashi to commit suicide, he considered Obito doing the same. Therefore as long as Madara considered these options he could come up with new plans in the event that things happened differently. He literally expected Obito to betray him the whole time, otherwise he would never have placed the seal on Obito.

The one single thing I can give you credit for was Kabuto. Madara didn't expect to be revived by him. Obito didn't intend to revive Madara. But there was no chance that Kabuto would've passed up the opportunity to revive Madara, so either way Madara was getting revived, as planned. The only difference was how.
