So we know Madara forces Obito to use the Rinne Tensei at the end of the latest chapter. But in this page
Obito tells Kakashi that even though he may have defeated him, he won't win the war. Then Obito travels back to the battlefield.
So is this not implying that before Obito dies, he wanted to revive Madara to let him carry out the Infinite Tsukyomi plan? So did Madara have to force him to do it?
Just confused.
But also, we know that their first original plan they came up with before Madara's death was to have Nagato sacrifice himself to revive Madara, so Obito and Madara would both be alive.
But know that Madara came back through Edo Tensei, did they have some sort of mutual understanding that Obito was going to sacrifice himself to revive Madara or did Madara not even trust him to do so?
Which brings me to another question: Do you need to sacrifice yourself to use Rinne Tensei?
