I doubt he would have jumped in head first after the war to attack Konoha.
He was well prepared when he faced Minato and was obviously used to Kamui--and just as obviously, he planned ahead.
He waited for the right opportunity to attack Konoha--be it one or four years after the war.

Kakashi passed obito failed and took it next year to become chunin at age 11. Putting a 3 year between their age. When obito became chunin rin surprised him with the party for kakashi becoming a jounin. Thus kakashi jounin=9 obito chunin=11.

After that it's simple math based on naruto's age.
