i havent seen Obito over rated tbh.. truth be told only certain ninja can fight him... its not about being strong enough or durable enough its about having ways to deal with certain techniques..

Minato and tobirama have a perfect way to deal with obito.. these 2 apart from kakashi are probably the most suitable to fight him due to FTG..

Kamui is just that hax of a jutsu..

if ur saying most ninja are fast enough to hit obito before he phases you are crazy only a FTG user can

And Tobirama's Gojou Kibaku Fuda is well suited to fighting him, as it's essentially a better and more practical version of Konan's Paper Ocean.

Even with Double Kamui, I don't think he would be able to defeat Juubi Jins, Kaguya, nor Nardo and Sasuke, and ofcourse, FTG users.

About 8th Gai. If Gai lands a hit with evening elephant, that might severely injure Obito if not kill him. Problem with this is that 8th Gates has a time limit. It would suck if his time limit 5 minutes...or even if he stops for a second to wonder why his attacks aren't hitting, the timer for "intangibility" will reset.
