It should have also been blatantly obvious when the OP herself told you this is Obito, not Nagato that this was not Rinnegan Obito.

It can go either way. I doubt Tsunade is quick enough for Obito to be blitzed or lose track of her. Mokuton absorbs the cloak, Uchiha Kajin is a decent barrier to give Obito a moment of rest.

The biggest threat is Tsunade summoning a larger portion of Katsuyu.
