We have no intel on Tobirama aside from the fact that he's good at Suiton, knew Edo Tensei (We don't know he resurrected though, so it can't really be used) and some S/T technique that we have no intel on.

Honestly, he can't really be used in debates yet, and either way, I don't see him countering Obito with MS and Rinnegan, along with the six Jins

It's true we never saw much about him but in the recent manga sasuke shits himself on the mere words that Tobirama. Obito in all honesty has borrowed power. So im going to say Tobirama would win.
