Obito's Kamui would be quite formidable. It would be hard for Sasuke to win. Very very hard. But I think he may be able to pull it off with a little bit of plot no jutsu.

Agreed. The problem for sasuke is obito's Kamui. while obito is in another dimension, Sasuke couldn't hit Obito.
But like Konan said, Obito can remain intangible for only 5 minutes...

Yes. With the rinnegan, Obito is a tank... without it, he is nothing....
also, if we give him the juubi, he would win.
But with the EMS, sasuke would win

Obito wins with Rinnegan low diff he has Gedo Mazo and six paths, without Rinnegan he loses after the five minutes of Intagibilty he will be hit by Susano'o arrows or Enton:Magatama.

Obito's possibly only low-Kage level with one sharingan eye only. But if he didn't have the rinnegan, doesn't he just have a whole batch of sharingan eyes? He could keep unlocking their mangekyou until he founds the most powerful single eye (yes, I assume he wouldn't take out his eye due to kamui), and then keep that one as his own along with his original eye (he should be able to disable this sharingan because he's an Uchiha). From the amount of sharingan eyes he has, at least one of them has a mangekyou ability that is >> Sasuke's MS.

I'm not even going into the possibility that he could take the second most powerful set of eyes and transplant them after his eyes start to go bad, making an EMS made up of 3 sets of sharingan (his single kamui eye, the single most powerful eye, and the set of the second most powerful eyes).
