All they need to win is to start with Obito just showing up, then he Kamuis whatever is heading his way then Kabutomaru picks them off one by one, the Zetsus can buy them some time so the important ninja don't gang up on them, if Hiruzen dies, Konoha's ticket to victory can go bye bye.

That's something we would have to wonder... against many ninja he would need to keep kamuing and killing them, he would require a village busting jutsu of some sort or some sick level chakra reserves, as far as I know no comment was made so far about his chakra, but then again he has yet to run out of chakra in the manga... so...

I don't think he was interested on summoning the Kyuubi just because he looked cool.
