Conditions: Madara can't use Perfect Susano'o and knows that he can't allow Obito to touch him.. Obito can summon the jinchuuriki but they can't transform(to combat Mokuton clones)
Presumably he does but if Obito doesn't have a sealing technique, let's just say he does.
Everyone seems to say Madara would get an instant win, but it's hardly likely.
Obito knows all about him and can avoid damage for 10 minutes, massive fireballs etc wouldn't be an instant win.
I think Obito stands a pretty good chance.
