I think Obito would win, he was a Chuunin in a war-time time in which ninjas had to be tough stick with the regulations, more than in-time time peace ninjas, and Konohamaru is still merely a Genin, and I don't think Konohamaru has that much battle experience like Obito did, I don't know wether to include Obito's Sharingan or not since it was awakened almost at the time of his dismiss, and not much of it was seen.
