Obito was fast enough to teleport into Onoki's particle style, to teleport Sasuke away then to teleport himself away before the jutsu was done and without anyone noticing.

Obito had fast enough reactions to stop his initial teleportation of Konan, start a new one suck the explosion itself away and also save Konan from her own suicidal attack.

Obito can phase his whole body through the ground to cheat and teleport away faster.

Obito was shown to have the ability to levitate.




Yet he couldn't do shit against Konan, was not fast enough to teleport away and was forced to use Izanagi? Nice nerf and PIS.
