As for Ninjutsu Katon is more than enough to roast Kakashi or Obito negs with Shashiki no Jutsu.

Obito best Kakashi in taijustu, in base Kakashi wouldn't stand a chance because he doesn't have a sharingan to keep up.

It's a one sided match in Obito's favor, the only thing Kakashi has on Obito is his strategizing skills.

The only jutsu I've seen is Raikiri, a little earth, fire, & water style. That mastery of 1000 jutsu is just smoke and mirrors

Kakashi beats him. The only major things Obito has going for him are Mokuton and Katon. Katon can be evaded, and his Mokuton is shit level w/o Spiral Zetsu, so you can forget about that being a factor in this fight.
