It may not be able to but it can certainly hold kakashi like it did too BM Naruto leaving him open to attack.

As I said they don't have to be in Kamui dimension. Obito doesn't even need Gedo Mazo otherwise it would be a stomp.

Pure speed: What he did tu dodge kakuzu's fire+wind
Running lightining beast: To keep distance from obito's rinnengan
Sharingan reflexes: To dodge mokuton, don't forget kakashi's speed!

Now if you add kamui obito wins low-med diff, and if you add mazo- bijuus obito rapes

But in all honestly, eventhough i wanted Obito to win, Kakashi's victory was logical. Obito despite having the arsenal you listed, relies too much on his kamui. Without kamui, they would have to engage in taijutsu and ninjutsu, which represent the fundamental basics in this manga. The number of people who can defeat Kakashi in fundamental basics are close to none in this manga

2.Where's your proof that he has better reflexes? yeah he'll totally do that because obito is just going to stand there and let him.

If he had more chakra and Used his rinnegan, He would of easily made up for kamui and Used the extra arms in combot as well as sucking kakashi's soul right out.
