Before I start Itachi and Obito is not my fan but so annoyed of some people were ignored the facts.
Obito probably use jutsu against Itachi are -
Fireball, Kamui, Fireball combained with Kamui, Body slip through, Wood Style and Forbidden jutsu that I forgot (probably nothing).
Obito should be know that jutsu is useless against Itachi are -
Izanagi (Itachi has counter for that), Gedo Mazo (Itachi would have seal him as Obito wouldn't want him do that) and Genjutsu (Itachi's Genjutsu is powerful than his Genjutsu).
Obito's Rinnagen (For some poeple who think he could do like what Nagato did) - He cannot use Human path and all powers that Nagato used because it has to both of eyes as Obito has one. He wanted to use it because Kabuto offer him 6 Jinchuuriki and with his one rinnegan eye he could control them. So 6 Jinchuuriki are off.
Itachi probably use jutsu against Obito are -
Fireball, Clone Great Explosion, Crow Clone, Phoenix Sage Fire, Shadow Clone, Water Fang Bullet, Amaterasu, Izanami, and Susano'o with Sword, Sword of Totsuka, Yasaka's Magatama and Yata Mirror Sword, Sword of Totsuka, Yasaka's Magatama and Yata Mirror.
Itachi should be know that jutsu useless against Obito are -
Genjutsu (Since Obito is an Uchiha), Kotoamatsukami (Itachi has not master it as it's only installed Itachi's Crow) and Tsukuyomi (I'm sure that Obito could have counter it).
I have been wondering why Obito said "Lucky I managed to keep a few secrets even from him, if I hadn't, I'd dead right now."
What I think is that if Itachi knew about him, who he really is then Itachi would be sure defend him. From what I have seen all of Obito and Itachi's jutsu - Itachi would win the battle.
E.g. They started the battle as they knew each others well, Itachi used some of Fire and Water released to use up Obito's Body slip throught limitation as same time Obito used Fire released on him, Itachi able dodged them as his speed was great but then Obito was used it to distracted him, ran to him and grabbed then started use Kamui at him (Since almost all his battles were alway end quickly by Kamui). Itachi's fastest hand seals to create a Shadow Clone, let it into Obito's Kamui. Itachi begun Taijutsu at Obito, again Obito use Body slip through and he grabbed him then he begun used Wood Style to hold him. Obito used fireball at Itachi to injuryed him but somehow Itachi's body was like popped. Obito realised It was a Shadow Clone. Itachi appeared behind Obito Wood Style. Itachi ran to him and attacked Taijutsu at Obito and Obito stepped back, Itachi appeared from behind him. Obito turned at Itachi and saw Crow clone flew away and then looked back to Itachi and realised Itachi attack with his Susano'o's Yasaka's Magatama and Obito jumped up and down back but smoke from Itachi's attacked were too fog to see but somehow he knew where Itachi was and went toward him and Itachi casted Amaterasu on him but Obito covered by his right arm and got it on fire and he pulled his right arm off and regrow. Obito pissed off at Itachi, used Wood Style to stabbed him but Itachi dodged them and jump toward him started attack with his ninja knifes and he threw them at him. The ninja knifes were slip throught his body but somehow he stopped and bleed came out of his mouth and Itachi knew the his Shadow Clone is in different place by Obito's Kamui so Itachi continue attacked at him and his Shadow Clone attacked at him as well. Obito was tired and his movement was slow down, just begun to heal himself but sadly Itachi stabbed him use his Susano'o's Sword of Totsuka and seal him.
So you see that is an e.g to show you people that Itachi can beat Obito if he knew about him so stop saying Obito > Itachi or even Itachi didn't knew him but he will pick it up as he alway use Shadow Clone first to test it out, once he find out about Kamui then he is finished.
I think Itachi is stronger than him. That is why he respected him (of course he wasn't scared of him lol).
Also they both are an awesome characters in Naruto Series. : )
