Preta Path is nigh useless against Mokuton, and Hashirama pinned the Juubi w/ a single hand sign. Obito's Bijuu share the same fate. Then the flower world one shots him.

Or Shinsuusenju one shots the Bijuu, the Mazo. Then the flower world one shots him.

Either way, Hashirama wins pretty damn easily. Deva doesn't change the outcome. Hashirama can defend from all of Deva's offensive based attacks, and said attacks don't prevent the flower world from knocking Obito out when he's lost his Bijuu, his Mazo, and when his Deva Powers are on the 5 second (or longer if he uses CST) cooldown.

Hashirama wins this set up though. I see no reason why Hashi can't put every Bijuu to sleep with his forrest and then murk a heavily nerfed Obito.
