We havent seen much of Hashirama except for Madara riding him and praising him.

Imo I rekon Hashirama could take him...if only we had more info on him.

Minato owned Sharingan Tobi without any info whilst Tobi had info on Minato.He also released the 9 tails and took Tobi's arm/kunai wounded him in a few seconds.
