[Theory] Obito used genjutsu on Kakashi.

Right before Kakashi pierced Obito's heart, Obito put him through a genjutsu.

1) Notice carefully, in the bottom left panel how Obito's Sharingan is highlighted. That's the instant Obito put him through a genjutsu.

I agree, you can see the around Obito's Sharingan to show that he is using it. I think flashbacks that happen after that scene, especially with showing Rin and Kakashi in the Kamui dimension is proof of the genjutsu, the flashbacks were part of the illusion Obito made, including the hole in chest. I didn't catch it at first though, someone pointed it out to me last night when the chap was released.

Obito activated his Sharingan to use Kamui to phase through Kakashi's hand and replicate Rin's death. Kakashi didn't stab him.

Oh, I didn't think about it. You're probably right. Your post makes perfect sense, because I read on naruto.wikia.com that Obito let Kakashi phase through his heart. =D Except the "Obito has no heart" part lol. XD

The injury to the chest is real, the genjutsu was seeing Rin and telling Kakashi he knew what happened
