Obito use the sharingan on Kakashi

While I was reading the Manga I notice that Obito made Rin appear and a younger version of himself, the only way it can be done is with a genjutsu. Would link chapter but I still do not know how to do that.

Hear me out... What if Kami world is like Madara world during Tsukuyomi. Or teleportation works because it some form of Tsukuyomi.
