Notice how Kakashi starts to bleed from his eye, while Obito doesn't.

It's a lame answer, but remember... An Uchiha become 'complete' because of Senju DNA. The Elders Son (Uchiha) received the Sage's eyes, while the Younger Son (Senju) was born with his body. Injecting Senju DNA into an Uchiha basically means they become mini-Rikudou Sennins.

Obito's Kamui/ S/T Intangibility is not exactly an MS Technique, as he had it before he acquired it. Albeit, it was not in the form it's now, but it surely saved his life from being completely crushed under the boulder.
