Obito was a chuunin, but that was probably because of the war. Obito has the fireball jutsu, but Konohamaru has the burning ash jutsu, the shadow clone jutsu, the shuriken shadow clone jutsu, the rasengan and the harem jutsu (can't believe I just mentioned that one). Konohamaru wins.
