After speaking Obito immediately performs a single hand seal and casts his opponent into an illusion. In said illusion Rias is made to see and believe that suddenly a large amount of constant freezing ice cold water blasts downward from just above her, large enough to cover her entire body. In the genjutsu the freezing ice cold water stream pins Rias to the ground facing up and under the force of the water she is rendered immobile and unable to move around as well as being numb throughout the body due to the freezing temperature of the water.

"Water Style: Heavenly Freezing Stream!"

As soon as his opponent is caught within and under the affects of the illusion, Obito strings together a sequence of hand seals and forms ten rectangular shaped pedestals of stone in a circular formation all around Rias, Bordering a circular formation just outside of short range all around her. Obito then swiftly causes large tornadoes of lightning to form on each stone pedestal which then rises 7 feet into the air before all advancing towards Rias simultaneously. The tornadoes of electricity would then combine into a single massive tornado creating a highly dangerous and deadly electrical explosion.

Seeing the enemy right before her, Rias simply was waiting for the enemy to make move, as she was simply standing there, in her normal attack position as she saw the person before him, shout something and following that one simple handseal. After that, directly, huge amounts of water started hitting her from high up, the water masses were large and strong, as well as very cold. The water strength, put her to her knees, as the freezing cold, didn't let her move at all. There was something amiss the freezing waters, as they were heavy and cold...And from judging those amounts must have been, she must have had a difficulty breathing and heavy feeling in the chest, also the waters, must have been gushing in her mouth too. But she could simply breath calmly. As she thought, she might have been placed under illusion. Having one of her hands in her knee. She started charging lightning chakra inside that palm. As the lightning was charged in that palm, she simply release it in her body, a light shock or surge and immediately, she came to the real world, after a light shock, as she saw the man finish one more handseal, and small pieces of rock, growing all around. Following that up quick, she simply extended one of the hands high up. creating very strong winds move all around her, which broke up all the pieces of earth, nullifying the lightning all around, but with the cost of the jutsu being destroyed as well.

Well, let us follow everything up with this as well. She said that as she was charging chakra in her lungs. Seconds later she released a giant fireball towards the person before him.

I was asked to check this by Yashiro.
Six Paths, I have an issue with you having your hand on your knee, the genjutsu states "In the genjutsu the freezing ice cold water stream pins them to the ground facing up..." i.e. you would by flat on your back within the genjutsu. In reality the genjutsu states "However in reality, the victim is left standing, paralyzed due to the power of the stream that pins them within the genjutsu." meaning you would not be able to have your hand on your knee.

So from my perspective, Six Paths is still caught in the genjutsu, also meaning you get hit by the tornado. I also caution the use of that lightning jutsu to release yourself from a genjutsu, as the lasting effect caused by using a lightning jutsu that rips through rocks on your knee... wouldn't be fun to deal with.

Yashiro, I think you need a mod to confirm if you get the eye or not, though having your opponent caught in a massive lightning explosion does not bode well for the eye's survivability.

Yeah, I need 2 moderator's confirmation for the implant actually. Thanks for your judgment. Also, it would be possible for me to stop the lightning explosion once it hits, so that it doesn't completely destroy the eye that I need? I mean, Obito's eye did survive after being crushed by a large boulder xD.

Alright, I will be explaining it naturally as well, since I did tell you. I already asked someone if the move works and now I will begin. Very strong waters, hit me from up, they will naturally force you to go on your knees. And as you bend it is natural effect that you will look for stability, forcing your hand in your Calves in the Genjutsu. Now what shall be the stance in real life? It will be a normal one wouldn't it? So this means, my hands will be simply touching my body naturally. In the point of the body.

So if you ask me, and I even asked Souji, the Genjutsu counter would work. Now for the wind technique, thing is that it will create very fast winds all around you, in mid range. Those winds, will not be close to me, but rather far away, I will be situated in the eye of the tornado, cutting all the rock thingies around me. So just think about it for a sec. The lightning wouldn't penetrate, neither would the wind harm me in the first place.

Was asked to check but I don't see much wrong with it tbh. Yes Six Paths is actually going to be standing but if he's just standing there and he uses the lightning technique to the degree in which he'll need to release the genjutsu the lightning stems from the palm and it's a stream of electricity. Hands at the side, the lightning itself can reach his body and snap his body out of the illusion even if he's not directly touching another part of his body with his hands. As for the lightning technique's power, I disagree with Shinta in that lightning will cause him considerable harm. The jutsu clearly states it can very in power meaning the user has free reign over how much power he generates in it, obviously he's not going to use enough to rip through his knee. However I will say the is enough lightning in that technique, even as a C-rank to cause mild reactionary difficulties for...meh, two turns.

Needless to say, to me counter works so continue.

Oh and I was asked to check this by Yashiro. Remember that time you asked a moderator to check in your favor and then he doesn't?

As Rias releases the hurricane all around her which would essentially destroy the electrical tornadoes, Obito passively activates his 3T sharingan and awaits her next move. Rias would then release a large ball of flames which appears large enough to cover her entire body, thus she loses sight of Obito once releasing the large ball of flames. Obito takes full advantage of the situation and swiftly removes his sword from its holster whilst simultaneously rendering his entire body intangible and phasing through the ground. He then appears almost instantly directly behind Rias, although she would have no clue that Obito has disappeared from his previous position and she would also have no means of detecting or sensing him should she possess such an ability. As Obito would appear behind Rias, still intangible, he extends his right hand holding his sword and places the tip of the sword just about entering her back around the position of her heart, so that the tip of the blade would just about be within her body and piercing her heart. There would be no sign of the blade's tip in front of her body however. Obito swiftly renders his entire body tangible once more and raises his right arm, slicing through Rias' heart and left shoulder, killing her instantly should she fail to defend herself.

Obito's sudden appearance behind Rias would go completely undetectable, she would not be able to sense him at all, she wouldn't be able to hear any type of sound or noise nor feel any type of vibrations. Also due to the fire technique projecting light towards Rias' position/location, the area around them would be lit from the front, thus casting their shadows to the back. For all she knew, Obito was still positioned as he was before and falling victim to her gruesome ball of flames.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Description: A variation of his Kamui, using this technique, Obito is also able to render himself intangible, through the use of his 3 Tomoe Sharingan or MS, to allow other objects to pass harmlessly through his own body, which he employs primarily to avoid incurring injury from incoming attacks. In reality, this is but another extension of his space–time ninjutsu, where Obito instead teleports any part of his body that occupies the same space as another object to a separate dimension. As the transported portions of his body are always obscured by the other objects, Obito appears completely whole to those observing him. By overlapping his entire body with a sufficiently large object, such as the ground, he can not only conceal himself from view, but also erase all traces of his chakra. Obito often exploits this characteristic to ambush his opponents from below. Though unable to establish any physical contact while intangible, Obito can move while phased at great speeds and can trigger the technique on instinct alone, relying on his Sharingan to perceive and calculate attacks and how to activate the technique in the most precise manner. As soon as she flung the fireball over to the man standing right before him, she started channeling her chakra to her eyes, activating the sharingan. The power of these eyes, allowed her to see through the dense chakra of the fireball she had just thrown, and allowed to perceive, the opponent, which wasn't doing anything. She saw that he just started channeling chakra in his eyes, but then something happened. The person started flowing into the ground, as his chakra signature was vanishing from this world. It wasn't under the ground, the person was simply sinking into nothingness. Seeing how he was moving, she naturally ran towards the original location of person, hiding herself behind the gigantic fireball. She was simply inches away from it, but far enough so she wouldn't be burned. And at that second, it came to her mind, since the person could disappear so suddenly, he could do the same thing as well, so having the fireball defend one of her blind spot, she just turned forward, as she saw the man, appearing right behind, holding a sword in his aiming for her once again. The person had just appeared in her original location, so if she hadn't moved, he would have killed her by now. So instinctively, as the man was fully back in this world, she slammed her hands into the ground, and started affecting it, growing very huge earth pillars, aiming for the now, fully present Uchiha.

Yeah...You definitely metagamed the shit out of your move. First of all we have to assess the timeframe since you are shifting it in your move.

By the time you activate your sharingan, I would already be phasing into the ground, thus my chakra becomes untraceable and cannot be seen by your sharingan once you activate it since my chakra isn't there at all and you are relying on my chakra to see where I am.

You are not only metagaming but you also broke timeframe. I'm having your move checked.

I doubt you're able to see through your own lump chakra, being the hell fire technique. So, well.. You know, the reason as to why you started moving etc. Is based on something completely wrong, which you wouldn't be able to percieve. And yes, by the time you activate your sharingan, Yashiro is busy phasing through the ground. In your move, you make it seem as if you activate yours before his. Though that plays little role.

As said, my statement stands, I doubt you're able to percieve through your own chakra with the sharingan, as well as any others' chakra signatures.

And I would say, that after the fireball was released, me and Obito activate the sharingan at roughly the same time. It wasn;t shown anywhere that one Tomoe won't be able to activate slower then 3 tomoe. And as I explained, I would be able to see him through it, as he was charging chakra to his eyes. So then he will use his phasing. This is how I perceive the time frame idea.

Instead of needinglessly spam the thread more than necesarry, I will just be editting my post. For future reference, just VM instead. This a judgement, not to argue about. What Lili is going on about, is if we're talking paper-thin chakra. This is a dense, listen.. Dense fire sphere capable of erupting into a maelstorm of fire. While it haven't hit a solid, it should be too condensed. And even after, due the sheer size, it should as well.

If you read Yashiro's move. His activating his Sharingan while the winds are pushing outwards, not after you make the exhalation of your Hell Fire Technique.

I'll VM you about my edit, as not to miss it. As said, rather than argue, get a second official opinion.

You are more than welcomed to get a second opinion but I would just to point something out for you to make it more clear. After you released your wind technique, I activated my sharingan. You then release the fireball and I start phasing. Only then would you activate your sharingan and thus be unable to see my chakra since I would already be phasing. But let's go with what you say and say that our sharingan's activate at the same time, How would you see me charge chakra into my eyes if our sharingan activates at the same time? If you are able to see me charge chakra to my eyes, that would mean your sharingan activates before mine, which is a complete breach of timeframe bro. (See bold text) You are contradicting yourself right now Six Paths.
