I think it would be Kakashi but Obito would win too if he already had the sharingan.

Kakashi. If Obito survived and further developed his use of the sharingan perhaps he could defeat Kakashi but when he just obtained the sharingan you could think of it as a stronger Naruto vs a weaker Saskue. Obito somehow gained level 2 sharingan instantly, which he could easily train to a level 3. Obito is not as strong as part 1 Saskue, and Kakashi is stronger or the same as part 1 Naruto (depends whether you count the nine tails) so i think Kakashi would have more skill.

Well you gotta look at it like this, kakashi no doubt woulve won...But if he had never recieved the sharingan from Obito, then at this point he would be dead and Obito would have been an even greater ninja...and in my opinion Obito wouldve probable acceded Itachis power, and most likely survived the incident of the Uchiha clan.

That's pretty obvious. Kakashi would beat Obito easily. He is a genious. He became a jounin when he was 13 years old and Obito was scared when he fought. Even with his sharingan he wouldn't stand a chance.
