Thanks, I should have remembered to make the arm extending to the knees. Crap...I'll try not to make that mistake again.

The nose is too big, right arm needs work, and his jaw is not masculine enough. Fix thouse, and add shading and it make Obito really pop.
A little advice, I have drawn hundreds of Naruto drawings, and Kishimoto's Villans are some of the hardest to draw, especially when they have rinnegan. If you want to keep proportions correct, use shapes to create a base. =3
