Obito would have won in this particular situation,because Madara has nothing on Obitos kamui (of coure Obito cant destroy PS but he will eventually lose because he would have to drop Susano because Obito has senju DNA which EMS Madara doesnt have and with Senju DNA comes crap load of chakra and durability).
