Not really, Hiruzen is immensely fast. Minato is faster via FTG but in just base speeds, they could possibly be on par if we count Hiruzen's edo feats.

Of course Tobirama warned them, that's what you do when your team mates are in the way of what you're trying to do. It didn't matter anyway, Hiruzen recognised what Tobirama was trying to do in the end, so he would've moved anyway. Not to mention the tags were a big give away. Unless you think minato and Kakashi would be too stupid to notice such a technique, especially with the sharingan. And like someone already said, Tobirama would need to keep his ps distance to land such a jutsu, if they see him playing keep away then they'll no something's up straight away.

And they had plenty of time to get away. In fact the only reason it got Obito was because of Hashirama's restraints, without it, Obito would've been long gone and it would've missed. It's a very escapable jutsu, especially for 2 space/time users.

Tobirama doesnt need to warn his team mate seeing how he can literally send himself to the kamui dimension and be completely safe,, he can also kamui the real tobirama whilst he gets his 3 edos to use GKF,

I'm going with team one on this one, even if you consider Minato stronger than Tobirama, I doubt he can get rid of Tobirama quick enough to aid Kakashi or defeat Tobirama easier than Obito beats Kakashi
