i think that madara (or tobi) is aqtually obito ,or obitos body but madaras

soul cause ive been seeing many pictures recently that say so. any way

another similar theory ,the reason why madara has lived for so long is

because he has been transferring from one uchiha body to another so

recently he transferred into obitos and now he wants sasuke's body thats

why he sent him to the kages summit to get stronger .

There are many theories on this topic. Tobi is Madara (dats what Manga says, I dont believe it though).
Some of the facs states that Tobi=obito, But if he is, he should not have wrinkles on his face. If you check the ages of Minato ,Kakashi and Obito, it will prove it is impossible for Obito to be present in that fight 16 years ago.

Well he's indicated that his body is weakened by Harashima which is why it seems he wants to hide his identity. It's probably because the wound afflicted bears a hideous scar and is a reminder of the fact he lost at his prime. The Tsuchikage is proof that an individual of that time can still survive to the current period.

I don't think so. Kishi already played out that path with Orochimaru. I doubt he would make two ultimate baddies who use the same techniques to stay alive. Also Tobi would have no use in switching bodies. He wants to become the jinchuuriki of the 10 tails which means he needs to stay in the same body. Hes not too old to be alive right now since we were told the Tsuchikage had fought him.
