Obito/Tobi(Rinnegan Sharingan) can also use all his jutsu with the bijuu's and Gedo mazo.

Exactly this. Obito uses his millions Zetsu plus Bijuus and Gedo Mazo to distract Kabuto's Edo army. He warps Kabuto in the other dimension, put him in an illusion to stop Edo tensei, and finish him. End

obito probably cant warp him. kabuto has various ways to protect himself. muki tensei rock manipulation. kimimaro clone's bones. sound genjutsu to trap him should he go tangible. and his incredible perception and speed to avoid attacks. the thing about mazo is it seems fairly slow. a good few edos can destroy it. madara and mu together can. and itachi totsuka + madara's wood can deal with bijuus.
