lol, okay he screwed many people but still! i'm guessing he'll get time in prison. lets not forget that sasuke also followed his foot steps, to some extent at least.
Obito should die.
But it probably won't be naruto who kills him. As stated, naruto hasn't killed anyone yet. However it would be a fantastic growing point for naruto as a character. He has to save the world from obito, and talking hasn't worked so far (not ruling it out, it just hasn't worked so far.) so the only way to stop him is to kill him. Or maybe seal him up which would be similar to killing.
If naruto kills him it will give perspective for him when he fights sasuke. Them fighting Is something I'm 100% sure will happen. I think killing obito will be naruto's awakening to the truth o the world, and strengthen his resolve to bring peace.
But what I see as more likely is that somehow Naruto will figure out a way to separate the Juubi from Obito, and that's how he will die.

Guy's..Obito is going to die. there will be talk no-jutsu, and rin flashbacks and ofcorse life changing realizations after fighting a powered up Naruto.Either way, with help or not. Naruto will have to kill Obito, there will be a happy ending, im hoping he will forgive kakashi then die, giving naruto the juubi or so6p techniques, entrusting naruto to change the world, since he failed.
