And its is shown that kakashi (who has crapper chakra level than obito) can spam it through the use of worn out obito chakra.

obito’s ps wins, if there is no enough distance between obito’s ps and kakashi’s ps, noway sasuke’s ps can do anything to counter kamui shruken and in order to attack obito’s ps, sasuke needs to get close with his ps where it would be shot by kamui shrukens

people also overlook something, kamui shruken warping range is much bigger than the shruken itself ,that means one kamui shruken can warp most of ps body
