is it safe to say obito just with his s/t jutsu is the strongest uchiha? I believe that not even ems madara or ems sasuke can beat him i'd even go as far to say he will beat edo madara cause thr is nothing madara can do to touch obito plus ps can't touch obito so wats the point?

I'd say maybe, only if he had both of his eyes. On account of Kakashi having one... well, I don't think he is the most powerful, but I do think he is up in the top 5.

He is still a teen when he fought the more experience minato, so he is clearly naive enough to underestimate the fourth hokage. Besides the only way to fight obito is to partner up with Kakashi since their dimensions are connected.
Considering if he had both eyes, he would have the strongest defense and offense in the narutoverse.

Do you understand that if he had his left eye he would have the strongest offense since he is able to spam Kamui unlike Kakashi who has limited chakra. Fact is he is just born and blessed with the superior eyes compared to any other Uchihas.

Itachi's role is less important than Obitos. I doubt kishi made him strong enough to even challenge Obito. Besides, Itachi can't touch obito. I don't understand why there are people like you who thinks he is the solo king.

He has used madaras rinnegan with six paths and the ten tails. With his own power id say him in kakashi are evenly matched. He is just elusive. Genjutsu itachi was the best along with shisui madara has the best susanno and sasuke is more versatile. So he is fourth at best
