I didn't see Obito extracted the Yang-Kurama from Madara, but he only extracted Ichibi and Hachibi's chakra not their whole body....

So did he gave Naruto the Yin or Yang part of Kurama?

Obito has 50% Kyuubi and like 10-50% Gyuki/Shukaku...
with these powers Naruto will have small portions of all Bijuus including the Gedo Arm that is inside Kamui =)
