You have to remember than Obito was wasting a lot of chakra controlling the Edo Jinchuurikis/Bijuu, fighting Naruto/Bee/Gai/Kakashi, and controlling the Juubi all before fighting Kakashi in a 1 on 1. Plus Obito already beat Kakashi and left him alive when he could have killed him if he wanted. Kakashi on the other hand got chakra from Kurama, then got healed by Sakura, then got even stronger chakra from Naruto all while Obito only wasted chakra and got no heals.
