Obito Sharingan should of evolved to Rinnengan

As we know the requirement to gain the Rinnengan is if the Uchiha has both Indra and Ashura DNA or chakra. Obito body has Hashirama DNA, then later Obito gained Madara Rinnengan.

So basically Obito had Hashirama DNA (Ashura) along with Madara Rinnengan (Indra), which obviously contain Madara DNA.


Imagine Obito with his MS fully evolved to Rinnengan, he would be like Sasuke using his MS jutsu along with Rinnengan.

Seems you're mistaken. Just because he had Madara's Rinnegan and Hashirama's DNA doesn't mean his MS would evolve into Rinnegan. Obito wasn't a reincarnation of Indra nor Ashura so it was impossible for him to awaken Rinnegan.

Yeah, it's not really DNA so much as a combination of indra and ashura chakra. I don't really consider zetsu bodies to have any proof of having ashura chakra, even though they have a diluted form of hashi chakra

Obito didn't have Indra's chakra himself, which is why he didn't awaken the Rinnegan. Just having an eye doesn't change his own genetics, which is needed for chakra to fuse.

He needed to be a Indra transmigrant to work. Getting six path chakra doesn't automatically get it for you otherwise you would've had it in two instances.
1. When Madara gave him senju power with his uchiha power
or
2. When he obtained more six path power through being the jyubi's jinchuuriki.

It would be interesting if he did awaken his own type of rinnegan but I don't think he really needs it. He just been holding back a lot of jutsus in the series.

I understand what you are talking about op. When Nagato had the six paths of pain he gave rinnegan to dead bodies but he was alive while giving each pain rinnegan. Madara died with or without rinnegan since nagato ended up with madara's eyes so maybe that's why he couldn't give his rinnegan to obito through that unknown process. This process might be similar to how sasuke used sharingan on manda or how madara controlled the nine tailed fox but unlike manda and kurama nagato used chakra recievers which could not work on obito since madara died and thus being that there was no chakra being sent. This leaves obito without a source of indras reincarnation chakra. I don't completely understand zetsu's chakra so I will not get into it. Oh, I almost forgot about hashiramas clone. obito would only have ashuras reincarnation's chakra being hashirama's clone but not madara's chakra unless zetsu which half of obito's body is made out of would absorb madara's chakra and would keep producing madara's chakra. that would be cloning madara too. So I ask this question if obito had dna from the demonic statue or chakra from the statue how close of a chance that he could evolve his sharingan to rinnegan?

He had zetsu Not Hashirama Dna and Madara took until he aged into an old man for his Sharingan to develop into Rinnegan...despite inserting Hashirama's Dna into himself.

And the only case for that yin energy (sharingan) to become a rinnegan (power of yin yang) will require you to take the yang energy (senju) from a transmigrant to awaken the six path chakra (yin yang).
The power of yin is not the rinnegan, that's the sharingan's role to turn "something from nothing," and as such Indra who had great yin energy did not have a rinnegan.

No, Uchiha were blessed with potent chakra because of Indra's genes but ONLY incarnates can possess Indra's actual chakra, it's literally no different to all Senju/Uzumaki having strong bodies but only incarnates can unlock Ashura's level of Senjutsu.

You need special genes to awaken a chakra that contains Hagoromo's level of Yin which is what Sasuke and Madara had. Obito had normal Uchiha chakra and nothing special enough for his dojutsu to evolve.


To further prove this, Madara's had Indra's Yin and Ashura's Yang yet still couldn't make Obito's eye evolve into a Rinnegan, furthermore as soon as he noticed Sasuke having the same type of eye power as him he said it would be a good replacement for his missing Rinnegan which further confirms only Indra's eyes can evolve into Hagoromo's dojutsu.

They said that Uchihas naturally tend to inherit the Six path Yin energy or the sage while the Senju and their lineage inherit the Yang energy of the sage Six path Yang energy.

The rinnegan however just requires Six path chakra two awaken inside of a Indra transmigrant. Because the analogy that you are making wouldn't make sense considering that Sasuke's eyes are Itachi's chakra and not Sasuke's eyes yet it became the rinnegan.

So they are multiple ways to get six path chakra/powers but only two were able to awaken the rinnegan because they are transmigrants of Indra.
