Obito seems more 'villainous' than Madara is at the moment.

you might be right, obito is the definition of uchiha/senju. His body has the best chance of holding the juubi. Madara does have hashi's dna in his body but idk if it would be like that if obito resurected him, and i dont think obito will give his life for madara anyway. Obito ditched the plan to revive madara in the first place so maybe obito is just waiting for the perfect chance to get rid of him.

Am i the only one think that madara is not that evil,
He just created the eye of the moon plan so all the wars would stop
Just like in the past with hashirama.
It seems like he only want the measure his strength with hasi in my opinion for now

Why'd the hell should he care?

Obito caused him to be like this, meaning his plan is incomplete. There is no way for HIM to gain his fantasy world. Or his thrill to fight with Hashi.
