obito...sasuke vs naruto.

so i havent posted here in a while...but still had this question maybe others have asked.

after finding out tobi is obito afterall...going back a few chapters, why did obito want to see sasuke and naruto fight once more? was it just to tease us (the readers of the manga) to think it was the real madara? because as it seems right now...the tentails is out and there wouldnt be a battle. i know it wont happen, but still if his plan went through as he wanted.

i am referring to the time when obito (as tobi) shows up at the cabin and explains to naruto about the uchiha destiny.

Obito was living a lie for a really long time...ya know...swearing up and down that he is Madara Uchiha.

Perhaps after a time, he actually began to believe he was Madara. *shrugs*

That is a really tricky question. Maybe it was psychological warfare on Naruto. Obito knew he needed the Kyuubi so he wanted to psych Naruto out and make him weaker.
