Anyway, no. As others have said, only Indra and Ashura's reincarnations have the potential to awaken the Rinnegan. Meaning the only two who have the possibility of naturally awakening it now, are Naruto and Sasuke, but they obviously aren't going to do so. Naruto has one aspect of Rikudo's power already, and Sasuke has the other, which is Rinnegan.
